Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in cases of:
Damaged products
Wrong product delivered
Manufacturing defects
Refunds will be processed after product inspection.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Customized or made-to-order items
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

At DECORASIA, we offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Return
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Return Process
Contact us with your Order ID and issue details.
Share clear photos/videos of the product.
Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
Important Notes
Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Products showing signs of use will not be eligible for return.
