All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
During peak seasons, festivals, or sales events, processing time may be slightly extended.

Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, or remote area delivery.

If you receive a damaged product or an incomplete package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos/videos of the damaged item and packaging
We will investigate and assist with a replacement or resolution as per our return policy.
